Pandemic Planning

The Covid-19 pandemic changed the way that many businesses run.  At the time government guidance required all companies to conduct a risk assessment for their workplaces identifying any measures that need to be taken to ensure their business can run in the safest way possible.

Following the pandemic, what were initially envisioned as temporary changes were made permanent in certain workplaces such as working from home.   Whilst a specific risk assessment addressing pandemic measures is no longer a legal requirement, the potential emergence of other viral infections means that ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of your employees is paramount.

By developing a suitable plan for potential pandemics, you can ensure that your business can continue to run safely throughout any potential restrictions.
