As certified professionals, with experience in emergency care and first aid, you can be sure that the course you attend will provide you with the skills and confidence needed to react in the event of an accident or emergency.
We offer classroom-based training only for first aid as we do not believe that the skills needed to become a certified first aider can effectively be taught online. Our courses include practical elements to ensure all participants can confidently apply their skills in real-world situations. We use interactive teaching methods, including simulations, role-playing, and scenario-based training, to enhance learning and retention of knowledge.

Combined Emergency First Aid at Work and Emergency Paediatric First Aid Course
1 Day
This combined course is ideal for schools and childcare settings that require both first aiders and paediatric first aiders.
This specially designed course provides the skills and knowledge needed to provide both emergency adult and paediatric first aid. The number of training days required to achieve both qualifications has been minimised and streamlined to avoid the duplication of topics associated with attending both the Emergency First Aid at Work and Emergency Paediatric First Aid courses separately.
What’s more, this course is formed from two regulated qualifications, which employers can book for their
employees and be assured that they have fulfilled their legal responsibilities for providing quality first aid training, without having to undertake any lengthy due diligence checks.
Combining the Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid and the Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid into 3 extended days of classroom learning, this specially designed course enables candidates to gain the skills and knowledge needed to provide both adult and paediatric first aid, whilst minimising the number of training days required to achieve both qualifications.
This course takes place over 1 day for up to 12 persons and can be provided at your location eliminating the need for teachers and school staff to travel elsewhere.
Combined First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid Course
3 Days
This combined course is ideal for schools and childcare settings that require both first aiders and paediatric first aiders.
Combining the Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work and the Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid into 3 extended days of classroom learning, this specially designed course enables candidates to gain the skills and knowledge needed to provide both adult and paediatric first aid, whilst minimising the number of training days required to achieve both qualifications.
The course covers a range of topics needed to provide effective first aid for adults, children and infants including CPR and defibrillation, choking, stroke, head injuries, asthma and much more.
Each can be run for up to 12 persons and can be provided at your location eliminating the need for teachers and school staff to travel elsewhere.
Mental Health First Aid
2 Day
Mental health influences our ability to function effectively and perform well in various areas of life, including work, studies, and personal pursuits. When we prioritise mental well-being, we are more likely to be focused, motivated, and productive. Conversely, untreated mental health issues can lead to difficulties in concentration, memory, decision-making, and overall performance.
Students like all people face a variety of challenges and pressures that can contribute to stress, anxiety, and other mental health issues.
Mental health first aid courses provide participants with knowledge and understanding of mental health issues. This increased awareness helps break down stigmas surrounding mental health, allowing individuals to recognise the signs and symptoms of mental illnesses in students as well as fellow staff members.
Identifying the early signs of mental health problems enables intervention and initial support to individuals who may be experiencing a mental health crisis. Early intervention can significantly improve outcomes and prevent situations from escalating.
Our Mental Health First Aid course teaches practical strategies and techniques for offering immediate assistance to someone in distress. Participants learn how to approach and communicate with someone experiencing a mental health crisis, offer reassurance, and guide them toward appropriate professional help.
